I had the pleasure last week of attending the launch of celebrated chef Greg Malouf's new book at the beautiful Universal in Sydney's Darlinghurst. Having visited Greg's amazing restaurant Momo's in Melbourne I've definitely been a fan and loved his books on middle eastern food and was very excited about the book.
The menu for the night was taken from recipes in the book which is called SARABAN and was delicious, and made you feel like you were on the journey with them.

The book is absolutely beautiful with some amazing pictures of ancient Persia and modern day Iran, intermingled with recipes. A great Christmas gift or even if its for yourself its definitely worth getting check it out on http://gregmalouf.com.au/cms/ or at any good bookstore.
